Hands-on help for small businesses

Getting you
started with A.I.

Less figuring it out.
More getting useful work done.

We help owners and managers turn everyday work into practical A.I. workflows in Google Workspace. From the first setup to the small adjustments that keep things running.

Your tools. Your business. A person to help you put it together.

A little less loose-endedIllustrative example
The work comes in01

“Can we move the job
to next Thursday?”

A customer email, in the inbox
you already use.

A.I. helps organize it02

The request, made clear.

  • Summarize the change
  • Keep a link to the source email
  • Add a follow-up to the flow owner’s Tasks
Check the schedule. Then reply.

The business decision stays with you.

An example to discuss—not a live product screen or a promise to automate every email.

Built around work
you already do.

A practical implementation service

You don’t need another tool
to figure out on your own.

We work with you to choose a useful first workflow, set it up in your Google environment, and make sure you know how to use and maintain it.

01 / Get started

A guided first setup.

Get your bearings, check what your Workspace account supports, and build a flow around one real business need.

  • Workspace and access readiness
  • Hands-on Studio flow setup
  • Testing before it goes live
02 / Make it useful

Workflows that fit your day.

Turn a repeatable email-driven process into a clear sequence, with useful task reminders and sensible places to pause.

  • Email triage and follow-up
  • Tasks for the person running the flow
  • Supported action approval gates
03 / Keep it working

Help beyond the handover.

Learn how your flows work, onboard the people who use them, and tune the setup when your work changes.

  • Practical walkthroughs and notes
  • Workflow tuneups
  • Ongoing support, scoped together

Start small. Make it real.

The everyday work
worth a little help.

No sweeping transformation required. These are starting points we can adapt to your work—not prebuilt promises.

01

A request that
needs follow-through.

A customer asks for a quote or changes a job.

A possible flow

Spot the request, summarize what’s needed, and create a follow-up in the flow owner’s primary Google Tasks list.

You check the original email before making a commitment.
02

An update that
changes the plan.

A supplier sends a delivery or availability update.

A possible flow

Bring the key details into a concise summary and remind the flow owner to check them against the current plan.

A.I. can miss context. The source message stays part of the review.
03

An action that
deserves a pause.

A flow reaches a supported action that needs permission.

A possible flow

Use Studio’s Approvals capability where supported to require approval before that action proceeds.

Action approval gates—not a general-purpose manager-routing system.

What is possible depends on your Google Workspace edition, administrator settings, available flow steps, and permissions. We check those before agreeing on an implementation.

A guided start, not a leap

One good workflow.
Then the next.

You bring the work you know. We help translate it into a setup you can understand, check, and use.

  1. 01

    Find the friction.

Walk through a recurring task or email process. Decide what help would actually be useful.

  2. 02

    Agree on the boundaries.

Check your Google setup, identify the flow owner, and agree on access, actions, and review points.

  3. 03

    Build and try it together.

Set up the flow in your environment. Test ordinary cases and awkward exceptions before enabling it.

  4. 04

    Hand over with confidence.

Get a walkthrough, clear operating notes, and an agreed plan for adjustments or ongoing help.

Useful A.I. Clear responsibility.

People stay
in the loop.

Automation should make the work easier to follow—not harder to question. We build around the decisions you want to keep.

Read our privacy notice

Keep a way back to the source.

Where supported, include original message links and useful context so a summary can be checked.

Approve the setup. Review the result.

Agree on what a flow may do before enabling it. Use supported approval gates and manual review where needed.

Keep ownership understandable.

Flows are configured in your Google environment. We document who owns them, the access they need, and how to pause them.

Good questions

Before
we begin.

A useful starting point is one process you’re tired of chasing.

Who is this for?

Small business owners, managers, and the people keeping daily work moving. It’s especially useful when customer requests, supplier updates, or follow-ups already arrive through Google Workspace.

Do I need to know how to use A.I.?

No. This is a hands-on setup and guidance service. We explain what each flow does, test it with you, and leave practical notes. You know your business; you don’t have to arrive with a technical plan.

Is Tamenorik a Google product or partner?

No. Tamenorik is an independent implementation and support service. We help you use Google’s tools; we are not presenting ourselves as a Google reseller, certified partner, or Google-endorsed service.

Will it work with my Workspace account?

We first check your edition, whether Studio is available and enabled, and which steps and permissions your administrator allows. Google subscriptions and access are separate from Tamenorik’s service. We do not promise every example will be available in every account.

Can flows assign tasks across my whole team?

Studio’s Google Tasks step creates tasks in the flow owner’s primary task list. It is not a team-wide task assignment system. We help you choose a clear owner and discuss a different approach if your process needs shared routing.

How do pricing and ongoing support work?

Start with a conversation about the workflow and your current setup. We agree on the scope, service fee, and any ongoing support before work begins. There is no subscription checkout or payment collection on this site.
